摘要
针对铝合金管在弯曲过程中常出现的起皱、回弹、截面畸变等质量缺陷,提出在管内填充热膨胀石墨进行加热弯曲的方法,并通过有限元分析与实验相结合的方法验证了其可行性。首先,采用ANSYS/Workbench有限元分析软件分别对管内无填充、填充石英砂、填充热膨胀石墨3种填充方式的5052铝合金管加热弯曲成形过程进行分析,得到5052铝合金弯曲件的等效应力、中心截面椭圆度、回弹量随不同填充物及加热温度的变化规律,在此基础上进行相关实验验证。结果表明,相较于管内无填充和填充石英砂,选用热膨胀石墨作为填充物更有利于提升铝合金弯曲管件质量,验证了所提方法的可行性。
Aiming at the quality defects of aluminum alloy tubes such as wrinkles,springback and cross-section distortion that often occur during the bending process,the method of thermal bending by filling thermally expandable graphite inside the tube was proposed,and its feasibility was verified by combining finite-element analysis and experiments.First,the thermal bending processes of 5052 aluminum alloy tubes filled with no filler,quartz sand and thermally expandable graphite,respectively were analyzed by ANSYS/Workbench finite element analysis software,and the changes of equivalent stress,center section ellipticity and springback amount of 5052 aluminum alloy bent specimens with different fillers and different heating temperatures were obtained.Furthermore,the relevant experiments were conducted to verify the results.The results show that,compared to filling with no filler and quartz inside the tube,using thermally expandable graphite as a filler is more conducive to improve the quality of aluminum alloy bent parts,which verifies the feasibility of the proposed method.
