摘要
针对7075铝合金在等通道转角拉伸(ECAD)工艺后试样截面出现近似椭圆的现象,通过有限元模拟揭示了试样经ECAD后截面椭圆的形成机制,利用实验与有限元分析相结合探究了模具内角、模具外角、拉伸速度、拉伸道次以及拉伸路径对ECAD 7075铝合金截面椭圆度的影响规律及其内在机理。结果表明:随着模具内角和模具外角的增大,截面椭圆度减小,且模具内角的影响程度大于模具外角;拉伸速度对截面椭圆度的影响不明显;截面椭圆度随着拉伸道次的增加而增大,但增幅逐渐减小;不同拉伸路径对椭圆度的影响程度不同,其大小顺序为C路径>A路径>B路径。
Aiming at the phenomenon of approximate ovality of the cross-section of 7075 aluminum alloy after equal channel angular drawing(ECAD)process,the formation mechanism of ovality of the cross-section after ECAD was revealed through finite element simulation,and the combination of experiment and finite element analysis was used to investigate the effect laws of die inner corner,die outer corner,drawing velocity,drawing pass and drawing routes on the cross-section ovality and its mechanism of the ECAD of 7075 aluminum alloy.The results show that with the increase of die inner corner and die outer corner,the cross-section ovality decreases,and the effect degree of die inner corner is greater than that of the die outer corner;the effect of drawing velocity on cross-section ovality is not obvious;the cross-section ovality increases with the increase of drawing pass but the increase amplitude decreases gradually;the different drawing routes affect the ovality to different extents,and the order is route C>route A>route B.
