摘要
扩张型心肌病(Dilated Cardiomyopathy,DCM)是一种原发的由心肌功能障碍引起的疾病,表现为左心室或双心室扩大、收缩功能障碍、无其他负荷异常或冠状动脉病变。本文报道1例2000年诊断为心力衰竭的女性患者,治疗过程中临床医生一直考虑是由冠心病引起的心衰,最终在2024年12月4日完善冠脉造影后诊断扩张型心肌病。
Dilated Cardiomyopathy(DCM)is a primary disorder resulting from myocardial dysfunction,manifested as dilation of the left ventricle or both ventricles,contractile dysfunction,without other load abnormalities or coronary artery lesions.This paper reports a case of a female patient diagnosed with heart failure for 24 years.During the treatment period,clinicians always considered heart failure caused by coronary heart disease.Eventually,on December 4,2024,after completing coronary angiography,the diagnosis of dilated cardiomyopathy was made.
