摘要
课程意识作为教育主体的元认知能力,已成为破解教师专业发展困境、深化教学改革和提升高校管理质量的关键命题,对高校教学和管理都具有重大作用。课程意识是教师对课程系统的整体性、哲学性认识,反映了教师对课程价值、设计、实施及教育意义的理解,直接影响其教学实践。它由主体意识、目标意识、实施意识、资源意识、生成意识、评价意识和反思意识构成,在教师角色转型、教学范式革新、教育治理优化等方面发挥着重要作用。树立课程意识,能够通过重构教师专业认知图式,推动教师从知识传递者向课程创生者转型;通过激活教师的反思性实践,推动教学从技术执行向价值创造跃迁,让教师从“教书匠”成长为“课程建设者”;通过形塑协同治理文化,实现高校教育管理从行政管控向专业服务转变,让教育管理者从“领导者”转变为“服务者”。
As the metacognitive ability of educational subjects,curriculum awareness has become a key proposition for solving the predicament of teachers'professional development,deepening teaching reform,and improving the quality of university management,playing a significant role in both teaching and manage-ment in colleges and universities.Curriculum awareness refers to teachers'holistic and philosophical under-standing of the curriculum system,reflecting their comprehension of curriculum value,design,implementa-tion,and educational significance,which directly affects their teaching practice.It consists of subject aware-ness,goal awareness,implementation awareness,resource awareness,generative awareness,evaluation awareness,and reflective awareness,and plays an important role in such aspects as teachers'role transforma-tion,teaching paradigm innovation,and optimization of educational governance.Establishing curriculum awareness can reconstruct teachers'professional cognitive schemas,promoting their transformation from knowledge transmitters to curriculum creators.By activating teachers'reflective practice,it drives teaching to leap from technical execution to value creation,enabling teachers to grow from"teaching craftsmen"to"curriculum builders".By shaping a culture of collaborative governance,it realizes the transformation of uni-versity educational management from administrative control to professional services,turning educational managers from"leaders"into"servants".
