秋冬用蛋白质纤维无缝针织物的舒适性评价

摘要 为探究不同蛋白质纤维种类和组织结构对秋冬用无缝针织产品舒适性能的影响,选用5种蛋白质纱线作为面纱原料,结合3种秋冬用产品常见组织结构,织造15块织物试样,分别对其透湿性、保暖性、抗静电性等服用舒适性能指标进行测试分析。结果表明,蛋白质纤维种类和组织结构显著影响织物的服用舒适性能。 To investigate the effects of different protein fiber types and structural patterns on comfort properties of seamless knitted fabrics for autumn and winter,five types of protein filament yarns were selected as the face yarns,combined with three common organizational structures.Fifteen fabric samples were woven,and their hydrophilicity,thermal insulation,and anti-static properties,as key indicators of wearability comfort,were tested and analyzed.The results indicate that both the type of protein fibers and the structural patterns significantly influence the wearability comfort of the fabrics.
