摘要
芦荟纤维可满足服用无缝针织物舒适性的要求。采用4种不同混纺比,并设置空白对照,同时选用纬平针组织、1+1假罗纹组织以及1+3假罗纹组织3种组织,通过全因子试验法共织造了15块试样,并对每块试样的吸湿、放湿和透气性能进行了测试。结果表明,部分试样表现出较优的性能,为芦荟纤维无缝针织物的开发提供参考。
Aloe fiber was found to meet the comfort performance requirements for seamless knitwear.Four different blending ratios were adopted,with a blank control established.Three structures,including plain weave,1+1 mock leno weave,and 1+3 mock leno weave,were selected.A total of 15 fabric samples were manufactured using a full-factorial experimental design.The moisture absorption,moisture release,and breathability of each sample were evaluated.The results indicated that certain samples exhibited superior performance,offering valuable insights for the development of aloe fiber seamless knitwear.
