摘要
国医大师肖承悰认为,继发性闭经的病机以肾精亏虚为本,其核心在于“肾虚-天癸竭-血海不盈”,并兼夹肝气怫郁血瘀、脾胃气阴不足及肠腑闭阻不通。肖承悰教授临证六十载,对于继发性闭经提出“补肾-调肝-健脾-通腑”多维调治的思想,以补肾填精、燮理肾中阴阳贯穿始末,兼以疏肝活血通脉、健脾益气养阴、润降通腑并举,通补结合,形成滋而不腻、温而不燥、通而不破的组方特色,为中西医结合治疗继发性闭经提供新思路。
Xiao Chengzong,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,believes that the pathogenesis of secondary amenorrhea is based on kidney essence deficiency,with the core mechanism lying in"kidney deficiency-Tian Gui depletion-blood circulation insufficiency",accompanied by liver qi stagnation and blood stasis,spleen and stomach qi and yin deficiency,and intestinal blockage.Professor Xiao Chengzong,with sixty years of clinical experience,has proposed a multi-dimensional treatment approach for secondary amenorrhea,which includes"tonifying the kidneys,regulating the liver,strengthening the spleen,and unblocking the bowels."This approach focuses on tonifying kidneys and replenishing essence,balancing yin and yang in the kidneys throughout the treatment,while also soothing the liver,activating blood circulation,and dredging vessels,and strengthening spleen,boosting qi,and nourishin yin,along with moistening and descending to unblock the bowels.It achieves a balanced combination of supplementation and dredging,creating a formula characteristic of being nourishing without being greasy,warming without being drying,and unblocking without being damaging.This approach provides new insights for the integrated treatment of secondary amenorrhea with traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
