摘要
《金匮要略》为东汉末年张仲景所著,文中“眩、冒”两者病机分为虚实两大类:“眩、冒”的病机实证为湿、痰、饮蒙蔽清窍而致病;虚证为气、精、血亏虚,不能上荣头目。辨证施方“以温药”及“利小便”等治法。方药以健脾、利水、温阳的中药为主,多用“五苓散”“真武汤”之类。
Synopsis of Golden Chamber was written by Zhang Zhongjing at the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty;In the text,the pathogenesis of"dizziness and blurred vision"can be divided into two categories:namely deficiency and excess.The excess pattern is caused by dampness,phlegm and fluid retention obscuring the clear orifices,leading to illness;while the deficiency pattern results from deficiency of qi,essence,and blood failing to nourish the head and eyes.Dialectical prescription includes"using warm-natured herbs"and"promoting urination".The prescriptions mainly consist of Chinese herbs that strengthen the spleen,promote diuresis,and warm yang,with frequent use of formulas such as"Wu Ling San","Zhen Wu Tang"and so on.
