摘要
肠易激综合征以排便异常为核心,常伴随腹痛、腹胀等多种临床症状。准确识别核心症状是快速辨证治疗的关键。“独藏”理论是仝小林教授提出的辨证体系,旨在通过辨识诸多症状中独有的核心症状以实现快速精准诊疗疾病。通过抓住腹泻型肠易激综合征伴随症状中的“腹泻与情志相关,以紧张焦虑等表现为主”这一“独藏症”,针对其背后对应的肝气郁结、横逆犯脾这一核心病机进行治疗,取得了良好疗效。
Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)is characterized by abnormal bowel movements as its core feature,and is often accompanied by various clinical symptoms such as abdominal pain and bloating.Accurate identification of core symptoms is crucial to rapid treatment based on syndrome differentiation.The"Du Zang"(the only core symptom hidden in many symptoms)theory is a dialectical system proposed by Professor Tong Xiaolin,aiming to achieve rapid and accurate diagnosis and treatment of diseases by identifying unique core symptoms among various symptoms.By focusing on the accompanying symptoms of diarrheapredominant irritable bowel syndrome,such as"diarrhea related to emotions,mainly manifested as tension and anxiety,"which is known as the"Du Zang syndrome,"treatment is carried out to the underlying core pathogenesis of stagnation of liver qi and liver qi invading the spleen.The therapeutic effect is good.
