摘要
为筛选出辽宁省朝阳地区优良的酸枣种质资源,以6份酸枣种质为试材,对酸枣种子核横径、核纵径、双仁率以及黄酮、总皂苷、总生物碱、粗脂肪含量等性状指标进行测定,并进行综合评价。结果表明:CY06核横径、核纵径、核百粒重在6份酸枣种质中表现最优,但出仁率最低;CY03出仁率最高,为22.37%;6份酸枣种质种子均存在双仁现象。10个指标变异系数为7.22%~46.51%,双仁率变异系数最大,总皂苷含量变异系数最小。核横径、核纵径、核百粒重、仁百粒重、总皂苷含量之间呈极显著或显著正相关。根据主成分分析,将10个指标划分为3个主成分,其累计方差贡献率为93.184%,根据提取的前3个主成分计算种子综合评价得分,排序为:CY04>CY03>CY01>CY02>CY05>CY06。
In order to screen out the excellent germplasm resources of Ziziphus jujuba in Chaoyang area of Liaoning Province,the fruit stone cross diameter,fruit stone vertical length,double kernel rate and the contents of flavonoid,total saponins,total alkaloid and crude fat of seed in 6 Ziziphus jujuba germplasms were measured and evaluated comprehensively.The results showed that the fruit stone cross diameter,fruit stone vertical length and stone hundred grain weight of CY06 were the best,but the kernel rate was the lowest,and the kernel rate of CY03 was the highest(22.37%).The coefficient of variation of 10 indexes ranged from 7.22%to 46.51%,the coefficient of variation of double kernel rate was the largest,and the coefficient of variation of total saponins content was the smallest.The fruit stone cross diameter,fruit stone vertical length,stone hundred grain weight,kernel hundred grain weight,and total saponins content were significantly or significantly positively correlated.The 10 indicators were divided into 3 principal component by principal component analysis.The cumulative variance contribution rate was 93.184%,according to the 3 principal component comprehensive evaluation score calculation seeds,ranking as:CY04>CY03>CY01>CY02>CY05>CY06.
