摘要
振动应力是标准环境应力筛选中的规定应力,传统在采用标准规范开展振动筛选时,常因过应力导致产品故障或损失,亟需采用带谷控制方法以规避该问题。本研究通过深入剖析舰载电子产品在环境与可靠性试验中的振动应力参数,提出基于环境振动试验条件开展带谷控制的方法。该方法通过限定特定频率段的应力幅值,在避免过应力损伤的同时,确保缺陷激发效率,可作为舰载电子产品振动筛选时带谷控制的技术参考。
Vibration stress is the specified stress in standard environmental stress screening.When traditional vibration screening is carried out using standard specifications,product failures or losses often occur due to overstress.Therefore,it is urgent to adopt the valley control method to avoid this problem.In this study,by deeply analyzing the vibration stress parameters of shipborne electronic products in environmental and reliability tests,a method of carrying out valley control based on environmental vibration test conditions is proposed.This method limits the stress amplitude in specific frequency bands,which can avoid overstress damage and ensure the defect excitation efficiency at the same time.It can be used as a technical reference for valley control during vibration screening of shipborne electronic products.
