摘要
为促进注浆材料的低碳化转型,实现粉煤灰的绿色、高效、高质、高值、规模化利用,该文以粉煤灰、矿渣、脱硫石膏和硅酸钠为原料设计制备了粉煤灰基注浆材料。通过调节配合比能够调控粉煤灰基注浆材料的流动度和力学性能,流动度可控制在185~300 mm,28 d抗压强度可达17.1 MPa。研究结果表明,优化粉煤灰基注浆材料的配合比能够促使更多的反应产物生成,适当增加硅酸钠掺量能够生成更多的反应产物,一定比例的粉煤灰的掺入有助于密实注浆材料的微结构。形成致密的微结构虽对注浆材料的早期强度影响更大,然而后期粉煤灰中的活性物质溶出,发生火山灰反应,促进注浆材料的微结构发展,能进一步提升粉煤灰基注浆材料的力学性能。
To promote the low-carbon transformation of grouting materials and achieve green,efficient,high-quality,high-value,and large-scale utilization of fly ash,this paper designs and prepares fly ash-based grouting materials using fly ash,slag,desulfurized gypsum,and sodium silicate as raw materials.By adjusting the mixing ratio,the fluidity and mechanical properties of the fly ash-based grouting materials can be controlled.The fluidity can be controlled within the range of 185~300 mm,and the 28 d compressive strength can reach 17.1 MPa.The analysis results indicate that optimizing the mixing ratio of fly ash-based grouting materials can promote the formation of more reaction products.Increasing the amount of sodium silicate appropriately can generate more reaction products.The incorporation of a certain proportion of fly ash helps to densify the microstructure of the grouting materials,forming a compact microstructure.Although it has a greater impact on the early strength of the grouting materials,the active substances in the fly ash are subsequently dissolved in the later stage,undergoing a pozzolanic reaction,which promotes the development of the microstructure of the grouting materials,thereby enhancing the mechanical properties of the fly ash-based grouting materials.
