摘要
以(3-羧丙基)三苯基溴化鏻(TPPB)为阳离子单体,壳聚糖(CS)为主链,通过热引发合成了兼具絮凝和杀菌功能的壳聚糖基絮凝剂TPPB-CS.为了进一步增强其絮凝和杀菌性能,引入天然抗菌单体肉桂酸(CA),制备了改性絮凝剂TPPB-CS-CA.表征结果显示,所合成的絮凝剂具有良好的热稳定性以及较大的比表面积.在最佳实验条件下,TPPB-CS-CA在投加量分别为0.1 mg·L^(-1)和4 mg·L^(-1)时对高岭土和大肠杆菌的去除率分别高达98.96%和99.89%,显著优于TPPB-CS.同时,经CA改性后的TPPB-CS-CA具有更广泛的pH适应性,在酸性和碱性条件下均具备较好的去除效果.此外,涂布平板、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和三维荧光光谱(3D EEM)分析结果证实了处理后的大肠杆菌细胞膜损伤,胞内物质溶出导致细胞死亡,表明TPPB-CS-CA具有良好的杀菌效果.在经济分析中,TPPB-CS-CA也展现出较好的经济可行性.基于此,TPPBCS-CA作为一种具有絮凝和杀菌双功能的高效协同作用的水处理剂,展现出广阔的应用前景.
A chitosan-based flocculant,TPPB-CS,with dual functions of flocculation and bactericidal,was synthesized via thermal initiation,using(3-carboxypropyl)triphenylphosphonium bromide(TPPB)as the cationic monomer and chitosan(CS)as the main backbone.To further enhance its flocculation and bactericidal properties,the natural antibacterial monomer cinnamic acid(CA)was introduced,leading to the development of the modified flocculant TPPB-CS-CA.Characterization results demonstrated that the synthesized flocculants exhibited good thermal stability and a large specific surface area.Under optimal experimental conditions,TPPB-CS-CA achieved removal rates of 98.96% for kaolin and 99.89% for E.coli at dosages of 0.1 mg·L^(-1)and 4 mg·L^(-1),respectively,significantly outperforming TPPB-CS.Furthermore,the TPPB-CS-CA modified with CA demonstrated a broader pH adaptability,maintaining effective removal under both acidic and alkaline conditions.Additionally,results from the coating plate,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and three-dimensional excitation-emission matrix(3D EEM)fluorescence spectroscopy confirmed the damage to the E.coli cell membrane after treatment,leading to intracellular material leakage and cell death,demonstrating the strong bactericidal effect of TPPBCS-CA.Economic analysis also indicated its good cost-effectiveness.Therefore,TPPB-CS-CA,as a highly efficient dual-functional water treatment agent with synergistic flocculation and bactericidal properties,demonstrates promising application prospects.
