摘要
利用化工流程模拟软件ASPEN对正丁基异氰酸酯蒸馏液进行了精馏理论模拟,并通过精馏实验验证,实现了正丁基异氰酸酯的分离提纯。研究表明,正丁基异氰酸酯反应液蒸馏收率93.9%,含量29%;当间歇精馏装置的塔板数为20块,塔顶温度控制在112~117℃时,间歇精馏收率77.7%,产品气相色谱含量≥99%,核磁共振产物为正丁基异氰酸酯。
The ASPEN was used to calculate on the fractional distilling tower of n-butyl isocyanate solution,and the simulation results are verified by fractional distillation experiments.Finally,the separation and purification of n-butyl isocyanate is realized.The results showed that the distillation yield of n-butyl isocyanate solution was 93.9%and the content was 29%.When the number of plate number of rectifying tower is 20 and the top temperature of rectifying tower is 112~117℃,the fractional distillation yield is 77.7%and the product content is greater than or equal to 99%.
