摘要
结合实际数据,用ASPEN PLUS软件分析了5种双效精馏中两效之间的原料分配及前效的分离纯度对节能率的影响,阐述了实现节能最佳应遵循的原则。与其他4种双效精馏相比,并流型的节能效果最好,与单效精馏相比可节约热能49.14%。
Analysised factors which effect the enery- saving of five double effect distillation by ASPEN PLUS software combining actual data, including the distribution of feeding between two tower and separating purity of the anterior tower. Illuminated the principle of enery- saving, parallel style which can save 49.14% heat energy comparing with single effect distillation , is the best of all double effect distillation in energy- saving.
