基于Y_(2)W_(3)O_(12)中Er^(3+)离子Stark亚能级的光学测温性能研究

摘要 以柠檬酸为螯合剂,采用湿化学法制备了Er^(3+)/Yb^(3+)共掺杂Y_(2)W_(3)O_(12)(YWO)荧光粉,并对其结构、微观形貌和发光性能进行了系统研究。在980 nm激光激发下,YWO:Er^(3+)/Yb^(3+)表现出两个绿光和一个红光特征发射带,分别对应于Er^(3+)的^(2)H_(11/2),^(4)S_(3/2)和4F_(9/2)激发态向基态4I15/2的能级跃迁,并观察到^(2)H_(11/2)和^(4)S_(3/2)能级发生Stark分裂,得到H1,H2,H3和S1,S2共5个亚能级。基于荧光强度比技术,在298~578 K温度范围内,利用Stark亚能级进行了光学测温性能的研究,其最大绝对灵敏度(S_(A))和最大相对灵敏度(S_(R))分别达到0.020 K^(-1)和1.188%·K^(-1),与传统Er^(3+)离子热耦合能级对^(2)H1_(1/2)/4S3/2的S_(A,max)(0.0113 K^(-1))和S_(R,max)(1.041%·K^(-1))相比,分别提高了77.0%和14.1%。实验结果表明,YWO:Er^(3+)/Yb^(3+)荧光粉在光学测温领域具有较好的应用前景,利用Stark亚能级是一种提高温度传感性能的有效策略。 Er^(3+)/Yb^(3+)co-doped Y^(2)W_(3)O_(12)(YWO)phosphor was prepared using a wet-chemical method with citric acid as chelating agent and the structure,morphology and luminescent properties of the phosphor were investigated systematically.Under 980 nm laser excitation,YWO:Er^(3+)/Yb^(3+)exhibits two green and one red characteristic emission bands,attributed to the energy level transitions from the^(2)Hu1_(1/2),^(4)S_(3/2)and^(4)F_(9/2)excited states to the^(4)I_(15/2)ground state of Er^(3+)ion,respectively.The Stark splitting of^(11)H_(11/2)and^(4)S_(3/2)levels with five sublevels as H1,H2,H3 and S1,S2 is observed.Based on the fluorescence intensity ratio technique,the optical thermometry performance of the Stark sublevels was studied in the temperature range from 298 to 578 K.The maximum absolute sensitivity(SA)and maximum relative sensitivity(Sr)reach 0.020 K_(-1)and 1.188%·K^(-1),respectively,which are 77.0%and 14.1%higher than the S_(A,max)(0.0113 K^(-1))and S_(R,max)(1.041%-K^(-1))obtained based on the traditional thermal-coupled levels of^(2)H_(11/2)/^(4)S_(3/2).The experimental results demonstrate that the YWO:Er^(3+)/Yb^(3+)phosphor has a good application prospect in the field of optical thermometry,and utilizing the Stark sublevels is an effective strategy to improve the performance of temperature sensing.
