摘要
原料煤管理是煤炭产业链的核心环节,涉及资源采购、存储、运输、配煤优化及质量控制等流程,数字化技术的介入可逐步重塑原料煤管理的模式与格局。系统综述原料煤管理系统的技术架构、关键算法及软件开发实践,分析物联网(IoT)、大数据、人工智能(AI)、区块链等技术的融合应用,探讨当前研究的局限性及未来发展方向。研究表明,数字引擎原料煤智能化管理系统可显著提升原料煤的利用效率以及降低碳排放,通过智能设备与系统的深度集成可实现对原料煤管理全流程的精准控制和优化,但数据异构性、算法泛化能力及跨平台集成问题仍需突破。智能传感器、无人机、智能遥控设备等在未来将实时采集海量煤质数据,为智能化决策提供坚实的数据基础,同时大数据分析和人工智能算法的深度融合可实现设备故障预测、生产优化、精准配煤等功能。
Raw coal management is the core link of the coal industry chain,involving resource procurement,storage,transportation,coal blending optimization and quality control.The intervention of digital technology can gradually reshape the mode and pattern of raw coal management.This paper systematically reviews the technical architecture,key algorithms and software development practices of raw coal management system,analyzes the integration and application of Internet of Things(IoT),big data,artificial intelligence(AI),blockchain and other technologies,and discusses the limitations of current research and future development directions.The research shows that the intelligent management system of digital engine raw coal can significantly improve the utilization efficiency of raw coal and reduce carbon emissions.Through the deep integration of intelligent equipment and system,the precise control and optimization of the whole process of raw coal management can be realized,but the problems of data heterogeneity,algorithm generalization ability and cross-platform integration still need to be broken through.Intelligent sensors,drones,and intelligent remote control devices will collect massive coal quality data in real time in the future,providing a solid data foundation for intelligent decision-making.At the same time,the deep integration of big data analysis and artificial intelligence algorithms can realize equipment failure prediction,production optimization,and accurate coal blending.
