摘要
在“双碳”目标和经济结构转型的双重驱动下,煤炭行业急需实现清洁高效利用的数字化转型,因而需通过深入调研煤炭生产及加工利用企业的需求,研究收集整理重点矿区和煤矿的多方面信息,结合相关政策和标准以设计并开发煤炭资源与煤质数据信息管理系统。系统采用存储层、应用服务层和表现层的分层架构,具备部署灵活、数据安全等特性,可自定义检测项目并预制计算公式,实现对煤炭资源与煤质数据的全面管理。系统涵盖包括数据采集、统计分析、可视化展现、智能评价等多方面的丰富功能,满足多样化数据查询需求,可深度挖掘数据价值。基于GIS技术的可视化管理模块方便用户从地理空间维度分析资源分布,智能评价体系可自动评估煤质等级并推荐利用方向。系统的研发为煤炭行业数字化转型奠定基础,在未来通过与人工智能、大数据等前沿技术融合,系统将进一步提升智能化水平,助力煤炭行业实现高质量转型。
Driven by the“dual carbon”targets and economic restructuring,the coal industry urgently needs to achieve a digital transformation of clean and efficient utilization.By in-depth research on the needs of coal production and processing enterprises,the study collected and organized various information of key mining areas and coal mines.Combining relevant policies and standards,a coal resource and coal quality data information management system had been designed and developed.The system adopted a hierarchical architecture,including the storage layer,application service layer and presentation layer.Characteristics such as deployment flexibility and data security were available.The test items could be customized and the calculation formula could be prefabricated.The comprehensive management of coal resources and coal quality data could be realized.The system covered a wealth of functions,including data collection,statistical analysis,visualization,intelligent evaluation.Diverse data query requirements could be met.Deep mining of data value could be achieved.The visualization management module was based on GIS technology.The module facilitated users to analyze resource distribution from the geospatial dimension.The intelligent evaluation module could automatically evaluate the coal quality grade and recommend the utilization direction.The development of the system had laid a foundation for the digital transformation of the coal industry.In the future,by integrating cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data,the intelligence level of the system will be improved to assist the coal industry in achieving high-quality transformation.
