摘要
实现科技自主创新,推动科技事业拾级而上,关键靠人才。工学博士作为科技人才的重要生力军,其在产业界科技自主创新过程中的应然作用与实然表现亟待关注。本研究基于24位企业雇主的质性访谈,经过对访谈资料的编码与分析,首先从工作要求、作用期待和角色定位三个方面明晰产业界招聘工学博士的动因;其次从核心需求、辅助需求和延伸需求三个方面厘清产业界对工学博士能力素质的需求,研究发现雇主视阈下产业界需要“H型”双线制人才;最后从胜任产业界的工作来看,研究发现工学博士除专业能力之外的其他可迁移能力,尤其是沟通协调能力、团队合作能力和创新思维能力存在准备不足或略有欠缺的现象。
The key to achieve independent innovation in science and technology and to promote the scientific and technological career to pick up the pace depends on talents.As an important force of science and technology talents,the contingent role and actual performance of Ph.D in engineering in the process of science and technology autonomous innovation in industry need urgent attention.Based on the qualitative interviews with 24 employers,after coding and analyzing the interview data,firstly,this study clarifies the motivation of industry to recruit engineering doctors from three aspects:job requirements,role expectations and role positioning;secondly,clarifies the needs of Ph.D in industry for engineering from three aspects:core needs,subsidiary needs and extended needs,The study found that industry needs an"H"type of doctorate in engineering in the context of employers;finally,from the perspective of being able to work in the industry,the study found that there is a lack of preparedness or a slight lack of other competencies in addition to research ability,especially communication and coordination ability,teamwork ability and innovative thinking.
