摘要
目的探讨内镜下黏膜切除术治疗结肠息肉患者的临床疗效。方法选取2022年1月至2023年9月上饶市人民医院收治的102例结肠息肉患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组51例。对照组应用高频电切术治疗,研究组应用内镜下黏膜切除术治疗。比较两组临床疗效、炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1(interleukin-1,IL-1)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)]水平、水通道蛋白(aquaporins,AQP)表达及并发症发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.08%,高于对照组的80.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3 d,两组CRP、IL-1、TNF-α水平均高于术前,但研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3 d,两组AQP3、AQP4水平均高于术前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为3.92%,低于对照组的21.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与高频电刀切除术治疗结肠息肉相比,内镜下黏膜切除术可缓解患者炎症状态,疗效确切且安全性高。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of endoscopic mucosal resection in the treatment of patients with colon polyps.Methods 102 patients with colon polyps admitted to Shangrao People's Hospital from January 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the control group and the study group using the random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with high-frequency electric knife resection,while the study group was treated with endoscopic mucosal resection.The clinical efficacy,levels of inflammatory factors(tumor necrosis factor-α[TNF-α],interleukin-1[IL-1],C-reactive protein[CRP]),aquaporins(AQP)expression and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.08%,which was higher than 80.39%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3 d after surgery,the levels of CRP,IL-1 and TNF-αof the two groups were higher than before surgery,but the study group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);3 d after surgery,the levels of AQP3 and AQP4 of the two groups were higher than before surgery,and the study group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the study group was 3.92%,which was lower than the 21.57%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with high-frequency electric knife resection for the treatment of colon polyps,endoscopic mucosal resection can alleviate patients'inflammatory state,with definite efficacy and high safety.
