摘要
目的 探讨穴位按摩联合口部肌肉训练对舌尖后音异常功能性构音障碍(FAD)患儿口部运动功能及构音清晰度的影响。方法 回顾性选取2021年3月至2024年5月濮阳油田总医院接收的86例舌尖后音异常FAD患儿为研究对象,依据不同治疗方案分为对照组、联合组,各43例。对照组接受口部肌肉训练治疗,联合组接受口部肌肉训练联合穴位按摩治疗。比较两组治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后口部运动功能(下颌、唇、舌)、构音清晰度(单字、句、连续读音)、婴儿-初中生社会生活能力量表评分。结果 治疗后,联合组总有效率97.67%高于对照组的83.72%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组舌、下颌、唇及整体评分均升高,且联合组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后联合组单字、句、连续读音评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后联合组婴儿-初中生社会生活能力量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 穴位按摩联合口部肌肉训练治疗舌尖后音异常FAD患儿疗效显著,能增强口部运动功能,提高构音清晰度,改善社会生活能力。
Objective To explore the influence of acupoint massage combined with oral muscle training on oral motor function and articulation clarity in functional articulation disorder(FAD)children with abnormal blade-palatal.Methods 86 FAD children with abnormal blade-palatal admitted to the General Hospital of Puyang Oilfield from March 2021 to May 2024 were retrospectively selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and a combined group according to different treatment plans,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received oral muscle training treatment,while the combined group received oral muscle training combined with acupoint massage treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was compared,as well as the oral motor function(jaw,lip,tongue),articulation clarity(single characters,sentences,continuous pronunciation),and the score of the Normal Development of Social Skills from Infancy to Junior High School Children before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the combined group was 97.67%,which was higher than that of the control group 83.72%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of tongue,jaw,lip and overall in both groups increased,and those in the combined group were higher.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of single characters,sentences and continuous pronunciation in the combined group were all higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of the Normal Development of Social Skills from Infancy to Junior High School Children in the combined group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with oral muscle training has a remarkable therapeutic effect on FAD children with abnormal blade-palatal.It can enhance oral motor function,improve articulation clarity,and enhance social living ability.
