摘要
目的 探讨基于傣医“咱雅”疗法及远程医疗平台的中西医远程医疗管理模式对维持性血液透析患者健康行为能力和生活质量的影响。方法 选取2023年8月至2024年8月南阳市中心医院接受维持性血液透析治疗的110例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表分为试验组和对照组,每组各55例。出院后,对照组实施常规干预,试验组在对照组基础上实施中西医远程医疗管理模式干预。干预前后,比较两组患者健康行为能力、生活质量、透析管路凝血情况。结果 出院后3个月、6个月,试验组健康行为能力总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.343,13.081,P<0.05);试验组生活质量各维度得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组透析管路凝血发生率为27.27%,对照组透析管路凝血发生率为65.45%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=16.122,P<0.05)。结论 中西医远程医疗管理模式有助于提升维持性血液透析患者健康行为能力,降低相关并发症发生,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the influence of the telemedicine management model of traditional Chinese and Western medicine based on the Zaya therapy of Dai medication and the telemedicine platform on the health behavior ability and quality of life of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 110 patients who received maintenance hemodialysis treatment at Nanyang Central Hospital from August 2023 to August 2024 were selected as the research subjects and divided into an experimental group and a control group by random number table,with 55 cases in each group.After discharge,the control group received conventional intervention,while the experimental group was intervened with the telemedicine management model of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on the basis of the control group.Before and after intervention,the health behavior ability,quality of life and coagulation condition of the dialysis tubing of the two groups of patients were compared.Results Three months and six months after discharge,the total score of health behavior ability in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.343,13.081,P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of quality of life in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of coagulation in the dialysis tubing was 27.27%in the experimental group and 65.45%in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=16.122,P<0.05).Conclusion The telemedicine management model of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is conducive to enhancing the health behavior ability of maintenance hemodialysis patients,reducing the occurrence of related complications,and improving the quality of life.
