硒营养素对红阳猕猴桃果实硒含量及果实品质的影响

Effects of selenium nutrient on fruit selenium content and quality of Hongyang kiwifruit

摘要 为了研发适合在广西推广应用的红心猕猴桃富硒栽培技术,以5年生红阳猕猴桃植株为研究对象,选取真希、绿维康和土伯·硒之源3种含硒植物营养素,开展了叶面喷施试验。结果表明,施用含硒营养素可有效提高红阳猕猴桃果肉中的硒含量,真希150倍液、300倍液和绿维康500倍液处理果肉中总硒含量分别为0.015、0.018和0.041 mg/kg,均高于对照(0.0088 mg/kg),达到了广西富硒水果含量标准(0.01~0.10 mg/kg)。硒之源500倍液和1000倍液处理,果肉中总硒含量超标,分别为0.36 mg/kg和0.28 mg/kg,树体表现出叶缘焦枯甚至落叶等中毒症状。果肉中的硒主要是有机硒,未检测到无机硒,检测的3种有机硒中以硒代蛋氨酸含量最高。真希和硒之源处理均可降低果实酸含量,提高果实维生素C、糖和可溶性固形物含量,其中以真希150倍液处理和硒之源500倍液和1000倍液处理对果实品质提升效果最显著;绿维康处理对果实品质的影响与对照无显著差异。综合各个检测指标,真希150倍液处理效果最好,果实维生素C含量为87.0 mg/100 g,总糖含量8.79%,酸含量0.88%,可溶性固形物含量20.94%。 To develop selenium-rich cultivation techniques of red-core kiwifruit suitable for promotion and application in Guangxi,5-year-old Hongyang kiwifruit plants were used as research subjects and foliar spraying experiments using three selenium-containing plant nutrients of Lvweikang,Zhenxi,and Tubo-xizhiyuan were conducted.The results showed that the application of selenium nutrient could effectively increase the selenium content of the flesh of Hongyang kiwifruit.The total selenium content of the flesh of kiwifruit treated with Zhenxi 150 fold liquid and 300 fold liquid,as well as Lvweikang 500 fold liquid,was 0.015 mg/kg,0.018 mg/kg,and 0.041 mg/kg,respectively,which surpassed that of control(0.0088 mg/kg)and meeting the selenium-rich fruit content standards of Guangxi(0.01-0.10 mg/kg).However,treatments of Tubo-xizhiyuan 500 fold liquid and 1,000 fold liquid resulted in the total selenium content of flesh exceeded the standard,reaching 0.36 mg/kg and 0.28 mg/kg,respectively,and showing symptoms of toxicity such as leaf edge scorch and leaf drop.The selenium in the flesh is primarily organic selenium,with no detection of inorganic selenium.Among the three organic selenium compounds tested,the content of selenomethionine was the highest.Both Zhenxi and Tubo-xizhiyuan treatments could reduce the content of acid,while increase the contents of vitamin C,sugar,and soluble solids of fruit.Zhenxi 150 fold liquid and Tubo-xizhiyuan 500 fold liquid and 1,000 fold liquid had the most significant improvement effect on fruit quality,whereas the effect of Lvweikang treatment on fruit quality had no significant difference from the control.Considering all measured indexes,Zhenxi 150 fold liquid showed the best results,with fruit containing 87.0 mg/100 g of vitamin C,8.79%total sugar,0.88%acid,and 20.94%soluble solids.
