摘要
为研究花椒复配结合壳寡糖涂膜处理对猕猴桃果实在低温贮藏过程中贮藏品质的影响,采用不同浓度的花椒复配物(花椒∶丁香∶高良姜)浸泡结合1.5%壳寡糖涂膜处理采后猕猴桃果实,每隔5 d定期测量猕猴桃果实贮藏品质的相关指标。结果表明:与对照组相比,花椒复配结合壳寡糖涂膜处理能较好地抑制采后果实腐烂率的增加,对采后猕猴桃果实维生素C含量和可滴定酸含量以及硬度的降低具有明显的抑制作用,进而延缓了果实的软化进程,增加了采后猕猴桃果实的贮藏寿命。综合分析,T2处理组(质量比为花椒∶丁香∶高良姜=4∶6∶10)较好地保持了采后猕猴桃果实的贮藏品质。研究结果为保持采后猕猴桃果实的贮藏品质提供了一定的实践指导和理论参考。
In order to study the effect of Zanthoxylum bungeanum compound combined with chitosan oligosaccharide coating on the storage quality of kiwifruit during low temperature storage,postharvest kiwifruits was treated with different concentrations of Z.bungeanum Maxim.compounds(Z.bungeanum,Ligusticum sinense Clove,Alpinia officinarum Hance)were used to soak and treat postharvest kiwifruits with 1.5%chitosan oligosaccharide coating to measure the related indexes of kiwifruit storage quality every 5 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,Z.bungeanum compound combined with chitosan oligosaccharide coating treatment could better inhibit the increase of postharvest fruit decay rate.It had obvious inhibitory effect on the decrease of vitamin C content,titratable acid content and hardness of postharvest kiwifruit fruits,which delayed the softening process of the fruit and increased the storage life of the postharvest kiwifruit fruits.Comprehensive analysis showed that T2 treatment group(mass ratio of Z.bungeanum:L.sinense Clove:Alpinia officinarum Hance=4:6:10)better maintained the storage quality of postharvest kiwifruit fruits.These results provided some practical guidance and theoretical reference for maintaining the storage quality of postharvest kiwifruits.
