摘要
通过滚压力单因素实验,研究滚压力的变化对GH4169高温合金螺栓圆角滚压强化后残余应力和疲劳寿命的影响。利用ABAQUS结合Fe-safe建立GH4169高温合金螺栓的圆角滚压和拉-拉疲劳有限元模型,并通过实验结果对模型进行有效性验证。实验结果表明:螺栓头下圆角处经滚压强化后疲劳寿命显著提高,实测寿命可由未滚压状态的5.90万次提升至90.00万次,头下圆角处寿命可提升至598.77万次。
This paper studies the influence of rolling pressure on the residual stress and fatigue life of GH4169 superalloy bolt after fillet rolling strengthened by single factor experiment of rolling pressure.The finite element model of fillet rolling and tension-tension fatigue of GH4169 superalloy bolts is established by ABAQUS combined with Fe-safe,and the model's validity is verified by experiment results,which show that the fatigue life of the lower fillet of the bolt head is significantly improved after rolling strengthening,its measured life can be increased from about 59,000 times in the non-rolling state to about 900,000 times,and the life at the fillet of the head can be increased to about 5,987,700 times.
