摘要
在建立曲轴圆角滚压加工的当量圆柱力学模型的基础上 ,推导了计及曲轴和滚压刀具结构参数、滚压刀具配置情况以及材料性能参数的极限滚压载荷的计算公式 ,研究了曲轴圆角滚压的加载范围并提出了不同滚压目的下的滚压力选取原则 ,以 4 80 Q型发动机曲轴为例进行了计算和试验验证 ,为曲轴圆角滚压加工合理选择工艺参数提供了理论依据。
Based on the mechanical model of equivalent cylinders which was built for crankshaft chamfer rolling process by this paper, the calculation formulae of limited rolling load considering the influence of structural parameters of crankshaft and rolling cutter, layout situation of rolling cutter and material property parameters were deducted. The loading range of crankshaft chamfer rolling has been studied and the selecting principle of rolling load at different rolling objective has been put forward. Calculation and test verification was carried out by example of 480Q crankshaft. This paper offers the theoretical foundation for the rational selection of processing parameters in crankshaft chamfer rolling.
