基于AMEsim的机床非对称液压系统的优化设计

摘要 针对机床中非对称液压系统供给压力的不平衡问题,提出一种系统供给压力自动补偿控制系统。阐述机床中非对称液压系统的种类与基本结构,利用AMEsim软件对非对称液压系统进行仿真与误差分析。以液压缸、比例换向阀为硬件核心,完成自动补偿系统的硬件设计,并进行PID控制环节的优化设计。利用AMESim绘制具有PID控制环节的自动补偿控制系统仿真模型,并进行仿真实验。研究结果表明:PID控制的自动补偿系统提高了机床液压系统运行的稳定性。 An automatic supply pressure compensation control system is proposed concerning the unbalanced supply pressure of asymmetrical hydraulic system of machine tool.The types and basic structure of the asymmetrical hydraulic system of the machine tool are expounded,and the simulation and error analysis of the asymmetrical hydraulic system are carried out by AMEsim software.With the hydraulic cylinder and proportional reversing valve as the hardware core,the hardware design of automatic compensation system is completed,and the optimization design of PID control link is carried out.The simulation model of automatic compensation control system with PID control link is drawn by AMESim,and the simulation experiment is carried out.The reserch results show that the automatic compensation system with PID control improves the operation stability of the machine tool hydraulic system.
