《中药药理学》课程“七层递进、知行合一”的教学创新设计与实践

Seven-tiered progressive and knowledge-action integrated teaching design and practice in the course of Pharmacology of Chinese Herbal Medicine(中药药理学)

摘要 “新医科”建设的核心是医学科学知识体系的重构,探索多学科交叉融合基础上的多元教学形式。课程团队直击教学“痛点”问题,以培养中医药学术传承与现代科技创新兼备的中医药卓越人才为目标,进行了教学创新。将教学过程分成七个层次,构建“七层递进”的教学模式,使理论知识和能力培养逐层递进;重构教学内容,建设“六库一谱”自学资源库,提高学生自主学习能力。同时,构建出坚持新医科引领,思政引导、思创结合、专创融合、教研联合、师生耦合,课赛璧合的“知行合一”的新医科卓越人才培养模式,从而建设出有序衔接、互为支撑、立体多元的课程体系。为国家和社会培养创新型和复合型拔尖人才,促进高等教育内涵式发展。 The core of the“New Medical Science”initiative lies in the reconstruction of the medical knowledge system and the exploration of diverse teaching methods based on interdisciplinary integration.The course team directly addressed key“pain points”in teaching,aiming to cultivate outstanding professionals in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)who integrate both academic heritage and modern technological innovation.To achieve this goal,an innovative teaching approach was implemented.The teaching process was divided into seven levels,building a“seven-tiered progressive”teaching model that gradually develops both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.The content was restructured,and a“six-database and one-spectrum”self-learning resource library was created to enhance students’autonomous learning abilities.Furthermore,a“knowledge-action integration”model was developed to nurture top medical professionals,guided by the New Medical Science principles.This model combines ideological and political education,innovation-driven thinking,integration of professional and innovative development,collaboration between teaching and research,teacher-student interaction,and integration of curriculum and competition.As a result,an orderly,mutually supportive,and multidimensional curriculum system was constructed.This innovative approach aims to cultivate interdisciplinary,high-caliber talents for national and societal progress,promoting the connotative development of higher education by enhancing teaching quality and optimizing talent cultivation mechanisms.
