摘要
膜性肾病(MN)是一种常见的肾小球疾病,蛋白尿是其主要临床表现之一,而足细胞损伤是引起蛋白尿的关键因素。目前西医针对足细胞损伤的治疗缺乏针对性,而中医药在干预MN足细胞损伤方面疗效显著。文章系统总结了MN足细胞损伤机制及表现、中医对足细胞损伤的认识及中医药干预MN足细胞损伤的相关研究,以期为中医药在MN足细胞损伤中的研究提供理论依据。
Membranous nephropathy(MN)is a common glomerular disease,characterized by proteinuria,primarily resulting from podocyte injury.At present,Western medicine lacks specific targeted therapies for podocyte injury,whereas emerging evidence suggests that traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has shown significant efficacy in ameliorating MN-associated podocyte injury.This article systematically summarizes the mechanism and manifestations of MN podocyte injury,as well as TCM perspective on podocyte injury and relevant research on its treatment.This review aims to provide a theoretical basis for further research on the role of TCM in managing MN-related podocyte injury.
