摘要
分析了当前黑龙江省农业高质量发展中面临的挑战和机遇,基于新质生产力,黑龙江省农业生产能力应着力于以数字化手段推动农业产业的进步、延长农产品产业链、实施绿色可持续的发展战略、提升农业主体素质等。
By analyzing the current challenges and opportunities faced by Heilongjiang Province,based on the new quality productivity,the agricultural production capacity of Heilongjiang Province should focus on promoting the progress of the agricultural industry through digital means,extending the agricultural product industrial chain,implementing a green and sustainable development strategy,and enhancing the quality of agricultural entities,etc.
