摘要
围绕我国农产品检测标准体系与常德市应用现状展开研究,系统梳理了国家在法律法规、标准内容及类型方面的整体框架,深入剖析了常德市农产品检测在体系建设、监管实施中的具体做法及成果。研究发现,常德市农产品检测在检测能力、信息披露、标准执行等方面仍存在诸多问题,如基层检测技术滞后、信息共享机制薄弱、监管落实难度大等问题,提出了加强检测能力建设、推进农业组织化、健全信息共享机制、强化执法监管及改善生态环境等应对策略,旨在为提升农产品质量安全水平、保障公众健康与推动农业可持续发展提供理论依据与政策建议。
This paper studied the current application status of China's agricultural product testing standard system in Changde City,systematically sorted out the overall framework of the country in terms of laws and regulations,standard content and types,and deeply analyzed the specific practices and achievements of Changde City in the construction of the agricultural product testing system and the implementation of supervision.The research found that there were still many challenges in the agricultural product testing in Changde City in terms of testing capacity,information disclosure,and standard implementation.Further countermeasures such as strengthening the construction of testing capacity,promoting agricultural organization,improving the information sharing mechanism,strengthening law enforcement and supervision,and improving the ecological environment had been proposed.It aimed to provide theoretical basis and policy suggestions for improving the quality and safety level of agricultural products,safeguarding public health and promoting sustainable agricultural development.
