摘要
阐述了新质生产力助力农业产业高质量发展的理论逻辑,分析了四川省内江市“六大特色农业产业”发展中存在的标准化生产水平低、品牌建设滞后、土地利用与生态环境保护措施不合理等问题,从粮油蔬菜品牌先行,加大内江黑猪新品培育、提高资中血橙品质、以科技创新引领威远无花果产业、融合特色水产产业链、打造肉牛羊产业集群等方面,探讨了“六大特色农业产业”高质量发展的现实路径,以期为新的经济周期中四川农业发展和粮食提供有力支持。
This paper expounded the theoretical logic of new quality productivity promoting the high-quality development of the agricultural industry,analyzed the problems existing in the development of the"six major characteristic agricultural industries"in Neijiang City,such as low standardized production level,lagging brand building,and unreasonable land use and ecological environment protection measures,and starts from the brand priority of grain,oil and vegetables.The practical paths for the high-quality development of the"six major characteristic agricultural industries"were explored in aspects such as strengthening the breeding of new Neijiang black pigs,improving the quality of Zizhong blood oranges,leading the FIG industry in Weiyuan with technological innovation,integrating the characteristic aquatic product industrial chain,and building a beef cattle and sheep industrial cluster,with the aim of providing strong support for the development of agriculture and grain in Sichuan in the new economic cycle.
