摘要
慢性肝病作为全球公共卫生问题焦点之一,具有病程长、晚期并发症多、病情危重等特点,严重影响患者生活质量。药对配伍是中医处方用药重要组成部分,周晓玲治疗慢性肝病喜用药对,尤其擅长经方配伍药对,可获得良好临床疗效。周晓玲认为慢性肝病的病机三阴病多见,即太阴、少阴、厥阴病,其本质为虚,痰湿、瘀、毒为标。本文总结了周晓玲在慢性肝病辨证基础上配伍的多组药对,以供同仁学习探讨。
Chronic liver disease,one of the global public health issues,is characterized by a long course,multiple late stage complications,and critical condition,seriously affecting the quality of life of patients.The compatibility of couplet medicines is an important component of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions.Professor Zhou Xiaoling has been engaged in clinical practice for more than 20 years and has rich experience in treating chronic liver disease.She prefers to use couplet medicines on a basis of appropriate syndrome differentiation,especially adept at the application of couplet medicines recorded in those TCM classical prescriptions,which can usually achieve remarkable clinical efficacy.Professor Zhou Xiaoling holds that the pathogenesis of chronic liver disease is more evident in the three yin diseases,namely Taiyin,Shaoyin,and Jueyin diseases,which are essentially characterized by deficiency as its root cause,while with phlegm dampness,blood stasis,and toxicity as its manifestations.This article summarizes Professor Zhou Xiaoling's multiple couplet medicines based on syndrome differentiation in the treatment of chronic liver disease,aiming to provide a reference for colleagues to draw lessons from and study.
