摘要
雄激素性脱发是最常见的脱发类型,在“五行圆运动”理论视域下,认识雄激素性脱发的病因病机及发病特点,认为肾水不足,水火失济,肾中阴阳失衡,轮停轴滞,中土亦失其健运,气运升降逆乱,清阳不升,浊阴逆上,兼生湿热、瘀血之邪,致发根不固而脱发是雄激素性脱发的重要病因病机;在“复轴行轮”思维下,通过五行圆运动理论对雄激素性脱发的治法进行阐述。
Androgenetic alopecia(AGA)is the most common type of hair loss.From the perspective of the theory of"five elements circular movement",this paper explores the pathogenesis and characteristics of androgenic alopecia.It is believed that its key etiology and pathogenesis lie in the kidney dysfunction,disharmony between water and fire,imbalance of yin and yang in the kidney,cease of motion of middle qi and qi in other organs,leading to the dysfunction of the spleen in transportation of essences,disorder of qi movement,failure in the ascending of clear yang qi,and reversal movement of turbid yin qi,therefore resulting in the generation of pathogenic factors of dampness-heat and static blood,and ultimately the unstable hair roots.Guided by the thinking of"restoring the movement of middle qi and qi of other organs",this paper elaborates on the treatment of androgenetic alopecia based on the theory of five elements circular movement.
