摘要
目的本研究旨在探讨《三因极一病证方论》中治疗滞下12方的组方规律,并基于《辅行诀五脏用药法要》的组方原理,为中医药治疗痢疾提供新的研究视角。方法运用《辅行诀五脏用药法要》中关于五脏五行体用与中药五味补泻的核心理论,对《三因极一病证方论》中的滞下方进行深入分析。结果在12首方剂中,苦味药被选用12次,辛味药11次,甘味药9次,酸味药8次,其使用频率分别为27次、22次、18次和13次。结论滞下12方的组方多遵循“苦-辛-甘-酸”的结构模式,其中苦味药用于缓解脾脏的湿热之所苦,根据脾脏功能的实际虚损情况来调整甘味药和辛味药的使用比例,而酸味药则用于补肺实脾,同时通过敛肺涩肠的作用,实现标本兼治,以达到止利的治疗效果。
Objective To explore the composition of the 12 prescriptions for the treatment of dysentery in Sanyin Ji Yi Bingzheng Fang Lun(Treatise on Three Categories of Pathogenic Factors),and to provide a novel research perspective for the treatment of dysentery with traditional Chinese medicine based on the formulation principles of Fuxingjue Wuzang Yongyao Fayao(Essentials of the Five Zang Organs'Prescription Method in the Supplementary Treatise).Methods The core theories on the five elements of the five zang viscera and on the five flavors of Chinese medicines for tonifying and purgative purposes in Fuxingjue Wuzang Yongyao Fayao were used to conduct an in-depth analysis on the dysentery prescriptions in Sanyin Ji Yi Bingzheng Fang Lun.Results Among the 12 prescriptions,bitter herbs were selected for 12 times,pungent herbs for 11 times,sweet herbs for 9 times,and acid herbs for 8 times,and their frequency of use was 27,22,18,and 13 times,respectively.Conclusion The composition of the 12 prescriptions for the treatment of dysentery mostly follows the structural pattern of"bitter-pungent-sweet-acid"herbs,in which bitter drugs are used to relieve dampness and heat in the spleen,while the proportion of sweet and pungent drugs is adjusted according to the actual deficiency condition of the spleen,and acid drugs are used to nourish the lung and spleen.All the above drugs of different flavors perform the activity of astringing the lungs and intestines simultaneously,treating both the manifestations and root cause of the disease,so as to achieve the therapeutic effect of stopping dysentery.
