摘要
以某660 MW超超临界锅炉炉顶密封改造项目为例,全面梳理了高参数电站锅炉炉顶密封“三漏”问题改造治理的全过程,并根据不同的泄漏情况,给出了综合治理理念和治理方案。相比以往单一的治理方法,综合治理方案更加全面、经济,从问题的根本原因入手,将“三漏”问题彻底解决,为锅炉炉顶密封治理工作提供了可行、有效的思路和方法。在实际应用中,综合治理方案治理效果显著,保证了机组安全、经济、稳定运行。
Taking the renovation of roof sealing of a 660 MW ultra-supercritical boiler as an example,the whole process of the treatment of three leakage problem in the roof sealing of high-parameter power station boiler is comprehensively reviewed.According to different leakage conditions,a systematic and comprehensive treatment concept and plan are given.Compared to previous single treatment methods,the treatment plan is more comprehensive and economical.Starting from the root cause of the problem,it thoroughly solves the three leakage problem and provides feasible and effective ideas and methods for the treatment of boiler roof sealing.In practical application,the comprehensive treatment scheme has a remarkable effect,which ensures the safe,economical and stable operation of unit.
