大型卧式冲击式水轮发电机额定电压的优化设计

摘要 水轮发电机是将水轮机的旋转机械能转换为电能的重要设备,优化发电机额定参数有利于机组安全稳定运行。以谢攀水电站大型卧式冲击式水轮发电机为研究对象,对其额定电压进行了优化设计,通过对其结构、电气等方面的分析对比,发现选用13.8 kV的出口端额定电压更有利于机组安全稳定运行。该文研究结果已获多方认可,能为水轮发电机组额定电压设计提供参考。 The hydro-generator is an important device that converts the rotational mechanical energy of a turbine into electrical energy.Optimizing the rated parameters of the hydro-generator is conducive to the safe and stable operation of the hydro unit.Taking the large-scale horizontal impact-type hydro-generator at(XePian-Xe Namnoy,XPXN)as the research object,the rated voltage of the generator has been optimized.Through analysis and comparison of its structure and electrical aspects,it has been found that an outlet rated voltage of 13.8 kV is more favorable for the safe and stable operation of the unit.The research results of this paper have been recognized by multiple parties and can provide reference for the rated voltage design of hydro-generator units.
