滤布式圆盘脱水技术在石膏脱水工艺中的应用与优化

摘要 本文研究了滤布式圆盘脱水机在石膏脱水工艺中的应用现状,试验分析了石膏浆液品质、脱水机结构和运行策略等关键因素对脱水机性能的影响,提出了相应的优化策略。研究发现,通过调整滤布材质、透气率,优化冲洗水喷嘴夹角,适当降低反吹频次、滤盘转速、吸附区调节阀开度等措施可显著提升石膏脱水效率,降低石膏含水率。在某330MW超低排放燃煤机组的优化实践中发现,在处理石膏粒度分布较细的石膏浆液且不增加盘面的情况下,可以通过优化调整,降低石膏含水率,但石膏产量会有所下降。本文为滤布式圆盘脱水机的优化运行提供了理论依据和实践参考。 The current application status of cloth-based disc filter machines in the gypsum dewatering process is investigated in this article.Through experimental analysis,the impact of key factors such as gypsum slurry quality,dewatering machine structure,and operational strategies on the performance of the dewatering machine is explored,and corresponding optimization strategies are proposed.It is found that adjustments to the material and air permeability of the filter cloth,optimizations of the angle of the rinse water nozzles,and appropriate reductions in the frequency of back-blowing,the rotational speed of the filter disc,and the opening of the adsorption zone control valve can significantly enhance the efficiency of gypsum dewatering and reduce the moisture content of gypsum.In the optimization practice conducted on a 330MWultra-low emission coal-fired power unit,it was observed that,when dealing with gypsum slurry characterized by a finer particle size distribution and without increasing the disc area,optimizations can be implemented to lower gypsum moisture content,albeit resulting in a slight decrease in gypsum production.Theoretical insights and practical references are provided for the optimal operation of cloth-based disc filter machines in this article.
