摘要
火电厂脱硫系统是火力发电厂锅炉运行的重要组成部分,影响着机组的环保指标和经济效益。然而,当前湿法脱硫工艺浆液品质的监测多为离线监测,时效性差。文章以某电厂的脱硫系统运行优化改造为案例,开发浆液实时在线监测系统,包括亚硫酸根实时在线分析系统、浆液循环泵寻优模型及给浆系统优化模型。研究表明,该系统可有效减少脱硫系统的电耗、物耗,提高运行经济性和安全性,为同类型机组脱硫系统的运行调整提供技术支持。
The desulfurization system of thermal power plants is an important component of boiler operation,which affects the environmental indicators and economic benefits of the units.However,the current monitoring of slurry quality in wet desulfurization processes is mostly offline,with poor timeliness.This project takes the operation optimization and renovation of a desulfurization system in a power plant as a case study,and develops a real-time online monitoring system based on slurry,including a real-time online analysis system for sulfite ions,an optimization model for slurry circulation pumps,and an optimization model for the slurry feeding system.It effectively reduces the power and material consumption of the desulfurization system,improves operational economy and safety,and provides technical support for the operation adjustment of desulfurization systems for similar units.
