摘要
“双一流”建设是新时代提高我国高等教育发展水平的重大战略举措,高水平实验室是建设一流学科、培养一流人才的重要支撑和保障,而高水平实验室对实验技术人员的素质修养和岗位业务能力提出了更高要求,因此实验技术队伍建设是实验室建设并充分发挥其效能的关键所在。结合河南农业大学生物学国家级实验教学示范中心实验技术队伍建设实际,分析了“双一流”建设背景下,地方高校实验技术队伍建设的现状及问题,提出了建设改革思路和实施措施,以期为新时代高校实验技术队伍建设提供参考。
The construction of“double first-class”is a major strategic measure to improve the development level of China’s higher education in the new era.High-level laboratories put forward higher requirements for the quality of cultivation and post business ability of experimental technicians.Based on the construction practice of the experimental technical team of the national experimental teaching demonstration center of Biology in our university,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the construction of experimental technical team in local colleges and universities under the background of“double first-class”construction,and puts forward the construction reform ideas and implementation measures,in order to provide reference for the construction of experimental technical team in colleges and universities in the new era.
