摘要
八段锦作为一种养生健体的运动项目,动作柔和、强度适宜、易学易练,适合体弱学生练习。通过八段锦“调身、调息、调心”三调要素,调节人体呼吸系统、神经系统和循环系统,改善心肺功能,提高学生身体素质。其简单易学、见效快的动作特点,有利于学生形成运动自信,调节不良情绪,培养良好的心理状态,为养成终身体育锻炼意识奠定基础。
As a kind of health exercise,Baduanjin has soft movements,Appropriate intensity,easy to learn and practice,suitable for weak students to exercise.Through the three elements of"body,interest and heart",adjust the human respiratory system,nervous system and circulatory system,improve the cardiopulmonary function and improve the students'physical quality.The movement characteristics of easy learning and quick effect are beneficial to students to form sports self-esteem,regulate their bad emotions,cultivate a good psychological state,and establish a foundation for developing lifelong awareness of physical exercise.
