八段锦锻炼对中国部分特殊大学生自评健康状况的影响 被引量:14

Effects of Baduanjin Exercise on Self-rated Health Status of Chinese Special College Students

摘要 探讨八段锦锻炼对中国部分特殊大学生自评健康状况的影响,为推广八段锦及使其"进校园、进体育课程"提供理论参考与实践依据。运用实验法和数理统计法,以某2所高校69名选修《体育保健课》的特殊大学生为实验对象,采用《自测健康量表(SRHMS V110)》,对被试特殊大学生参与实验前、后的生理健康、心理健康、社会适应及总体健康水平进行测评和统计分析。研究结果:1)在实验前,实验组与对照组在生理健康、心理健康、社会适应及总体健康得分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在实验后,实验组与对照组在生理健康、心理健康、社会适应及总体健康得分差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01),表明八段锦锻炼提高了实验组被试特殊大学生的自评健康水平;2)实验组进行八段锦锻炼后被试特殊大学生总体健康水平及其各维度得分均高于实验前,且差值检验结果均为P<0.01。而对照组进行八段锦锻炼前、后总体健康水平及其各维度得分差值检验结果均为P>0.05。进一步表明,八段锦锻炼能提高被试特殊大学生的健康水平。研究结论:被试特殊大学生在生理健康、心理健康、社会适应和总体健康水平的自评得分均值显著低于普通大学生,其自评健康状况一般,尤其是心理健康自评中问题尤为突出。进行8周、每周3次、每次40~60 min的中等强度的八段锦锻炼能显著提高被试特殊大学生的健康水平。建议将八段锦纳入《体育保健课程》或作为特殊大学生健康干预的手段。 To explore the effect of Baduanjin exercise on the self-rated health of some special college students in China, and to provide theoretical reference and practical basis for popularizing Baduanjin and making it"enter the campus and be included in PE curriculum". By using the method of experiment and mathematical statistics,this paper takes 69 special college students who take Sports Health Care Course as the experimental objects in two universities, and adopts Self-rated Health Scale(SRHMSV110) to measure and analyze the physical health,mental health, social adaptation and the overall health level of the special college students before and after the experiment. Results: 1) Before the experiment, the experimental group and the control group in physical health,mental health, social adaptation and overall health scores were not statistically significant(P>0.05). After the experiment, there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in physical health, mental health, social health and overall health(P<0.01), indicating that Baduanjin exercise improved the self-rated health level of the special college students in the experimental group;2) After Baduanjin exercise,the scores of general health level and other dimensions of the students in the experimental group were higher than those before the experiment, and the difference test results were all P<0.01. The control group before and after Baduanjin exercise overall health and its various dimensions score difference test results were P >0.05,which further shows that Baduanjin exercise can improve the health level of special college students. Research conclusion: The mean self-rating scores of physical health, mental health, social adaptation and general health level of the special college students are significantly lower than that of the general college students, whose self-rated health status is general, especially the problems in the mental health self-rating are prominent.8-week Baduanjin exercise of moderate intensity, 3 times per week, 40-60 minutes each time can significantly improve the level of special college students’ health. It is suggested that Baduanjin should be included in the curriculum of sports health care or as a means of health intervention for special college students.
