摘要
该文结合中小学体育教师的岗位特点和师德师风建设的具体要求,对中小学体育教师师德师风评价指标体系的构建进行了研究。构建了包括“政治思想”“职业道德”“个人品德”和13个二级指标在内的评价指标框架,并采用层次分析法对指标进行了赋权,以期能够为中小学体育教师师德师风评价工作的科学开展提供参考。
This article combines the job characteristics of primary and secondary school physical education teachers and the specific requirements for the construction of teacher ethics and style,and studies the construction of an evaluation index system for the teacher ethics and style of primary and secondary school physical education teachers.We have constructed an evaluation index framework that includes"political ideology,""professional ethics,""personal character,"and 13 secondary indicators,and used the Analytic Hierarchy Process to assign weights to the indicators,in order to provide reference for the scientific development of teacher ethics and conduct evaluation for primary and secondary school physical education teachers.
