摘要
该研究通过分析大学生在正常睡眠和睡眠不足状态下进行Bruce递增负荷运动时的下肢肌电信号变化,探讨睡眠不足对肌肉功能的影响。结果显示,睡眠不足显著提高了大学生运动时的实时心率、疲劳量表得分(P<0.01),以及胫骨前肌、腓肠肌的肌电时域指标(P<0.05)。这表明睡眠不足会加重大学生在运动时的主观疲劳程度,肌电时域指标升高表明睡眠不足导致大学生小腿肌群的肌肉疲劳程度愈发严重,机体通过加强肌肉放电活动以补偿因疲劳降低的肌肉力量。
This study investigated the impact of sleep deprivation on muscle function by analyzing the lower limb electromyographic(EMG)signals of college students during Bruce incremental load exercise under normal sleep and sleep-deprived conditions.Results showed that sleep deprivation significantly increased real-time heart rate,fatigue scale scores(P<0.01),and EMG time-domain indicators of the tibialis anterior and gastrocnemius muscles(P<0.05)during exercise.This indicates that insufficient sleep can exacerbate the subjective fatigue level of college students during exercise,and an increase in electromyographic time-domain indicators indicates that insufficient sleep leads to more severe muscle fatigue in the calf muscle group of college students.The body compensates for the reduced muscle strength due to fatigue by strengthening muscle discharge activity.
