摘要
新质生产力已经成为旅游业发展的重要动力,而红色旅游产业是革命老区发展的优势产业,也成为培育新质生产力的主要领域。遵循“内在逻辑—现实困境—实践路径”的理路,借鉴TOE(技术—组织—环境)理论,立体构建了新质生产力赋能革命老区红色旅游高质量发展的内在逻辑和作用机制;系统诊断了新质生产力赋能革命老区红色旅游高质量发展存在高新技术融合与应用的挑战、基础设施建设与服务的滞后、红色资源保护与利用的矛盾、人才短缺与创新能力的不足、市场推广与品牌建设的难题等困境;最后从强化科技支撑、践行绿色发展、弘扬红色文化、完善人才培养、创新体制机制等方面为新质生产力赋能革命老区红色旅游高质量发展提供决策路径。
New quality productivity has become an important driving force for the development of tourism,and the red tourism industry is the dominant industry in the development of old revolutionary areas,and has also become the main field to cultivate new quality productivity.This paper followed the logic of"internal logic-realistic dilemma-practical path"and drawed on TOE(Technology-Organization-Environment)theory to construct the internal logic and mechanism of high-quality development of red tourism in old revolutionary areas.This paper systematically diagnosed the difficulties in the high-quality development of red tourism in old revolutionary areas,such as the challenges of high-tech integration and application,the lag of infrastructure construction and service,the contradiction between the protection and utilization of red resources,the shortage of talents and the lack of innovation ability,and the problems of market promotion and brand building.Finally,from the aspects of strengthening scientific and technological support,practicing green development,promoting red culture,improving talent training,and innovating the system and mechanism,the decision-making path was provided for the high-quality development of red tourism in the old revolutionary areas.
