“双碳”背景下河南省耕地绿色利用效率时空变化及影响因素研究

Research on spatio-temporal variation and influencing factors of green utilization efficiency of cultivated land in Henan Province under the"Dual Carbon"background

摘要 以河南省为研究区,采用2010—2021年耕地利用及其相关社会经济数据,构建基于“双碳”的耕地绿色利用效率评价体系,利用核密度估计、空间自相关与时空地理加权回归等方法对11年间各县域耕地绿色利用效率进行测度,并揭示了河南省耕地绿色利用效率的时空变化特征及影响因素。结果表明:(1)从时间变化特征上看,研究期间河南省耕地绿色利用效率整体呈现出小幅波动中上升趋势,未来仍具有提升空间;(2)从空间变化特征上看,河南省耕地绿色利用效率呈现出明显的集聚态势;(3)从效率分解上看,效率提升的动力主要来自于技术效率提升向技术进步的转变;(4)从影响因素上看,经济因素和社会因素对河南省整体耕地绿色利用效率起促进作用,而财政农林水事务支出起抑制作用,农业生产条件对其影响时空差异明显,各影响因素存在明显的空间异质性。 Taking Henan Province as the research area,this study used the cultivated land use and related social-economic data from 2010 to 2021 to build a cultivated land green utilization efficiency evaluation system based on the"dual carbon"goal.Methods such as kernel density estimation,spatial autocorrelation,and spatio-temporal geographically weighted regression were utilized to measure the green utilization efficiency of cultivated land across various counties over the 11-year period,revealing the spatio-temporal variation characteristics and influencing factors of cultivated land green utilization efficiency in Henan Province.The results showed that:①In terms of temporal variation,the green utilization efficiency of cultivated land in Henan Province generally exhibited an upward trend with slight fluctuations during the study period,and there is still room for improvement in the future.②In terms of spatial variation,the green utilization efficiency of cultivated land in Henan Province demonstrated a clear agglomeration trend.③From the perspective of efficiency decomposition,the driving force for efficiency improvement mainly stemmed from the transition from technological efficiency enhancement to technological progress.④Regarding the influencing factors,economic and social factors contributed positively to the overall green utilization efficiency of cultivated land in Henan Province,while fiscal expenditures on agriculture,forestry,and water affairs had an inhibitory effect.The impact of agricultural production conditions exhibited significant spatio-temporal variations,and there was obvious spatial heterogeneity among the various influencing factors.
