长江中下游粮食主产区耕地利用生态效率时空格局与演变趋势 被引量:65

Temporal and Spatial Pattern and Evolution Trend of Cultivated Land Use Ecological Efficiency in the Main Grain Producing Areas in the Lower Yangtze Region

摘要 研究目的:明确长江中下游粮食主产区耕地利用生态效率时空演变特征,为实现各粮食主产区耕地利用生态效率协同发展提供理论支撑。研究方法:SBM-Undesirable模型、空间自相关模型及马尔可夫链模型。研究结果:(1)2007-2018年长江中下游粮食主产区各年份平均耕地利用生态效率值在中低效率区间波动,整体呈现小幅波动下降趋势且存在空间不均衡特征;(2)耕地利用生态效率整体呈现正空间自相关性,在空间邻近溢出效应的驱动下生态效率高一高集聚区域及低一低集聚区域分别由“双核集聚”逐步转变为“单核集聚”、“多核集聚”逐步转变为“双核集聚”的空间分布格局;⑶各粮食主产区耕地利用生态效率类型转移具有稳定性,且存在“俱乐部收敛”现象,空间溢出效应在其演变过程中发挥着显著影响作用。研究结论:应从建立各邻近市(州)间完备生态农业合作机制、政策联动机制及建立以生态价值为取向的支农政策等方面出发,提升长江中下游粮食主产区整体耕地利用生态效率。 The purpose of this paper is to clarify the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of cultivated land use ecological efficiency(CLUE)in the main grain producing areas in the Lower Yangtze Region,so as to provide the theoretical support for the coordinated development of CLUE in the main grain producing areas.The research methods include SBM-Models,spatial autocorrelation models and Markov chain models.The research results show the average CLUE in the main grain-producing areas in the Lower Yangtze Region fluctuated in the middle and low efficiency range from 2007 to 2018,showing a small trend of decline on the whole,with spatial imbalance characteristics.The overall CLUE in the main grain producing areas presents a significant positive spatial autocorrelation.Driven by the spatial spillover effect,high-efficiency and high-agglomeration regions gradually evolve from the spatial distribution pattern of“dual-core agglomeration”to the“single-core agglomeration”,while low-efficiency and low-core agglomeration gradually evolve from the spatial distribution pattern of“multi-core agglomeration”to the“dual-core agglomeration”,and the agglomeration situation becomes more and more significant.The type transfer of CLUE in the main grain producing areas is stable,and presents a phenomenon of“club convergence”,with a significant role of the spatial spillover effect of CLUE in its evolution.In conclusion,it is necessary to establish a comprehensive ecological agricultural cooperation mechanism and policy linkage mechanism among neighboring cities(prefectures)and the policies supporting agriculture based on the ecological value to improve the overall CLUE in the main grain producing areas in the Lower Yangtze Region.
