绝缘道钉及新型轨枕生产工艺研究

摘要 铁路线路上道钉锚固型轨枕在锚固前易出现预留孔微裂纹现象,为提高轨枕耐久性,利用CBC锚固砂浆常温环境下能快速凝固且绝缘性能优良的优点,研发一套全自动的绝缘道钉生产设备,可快速批量将螺旋道钉锚固端均匀固化一层绝缘砂浆层,在轨枕生产过程中,将其直接埋入混凝土中,一方面避免了生产过程中放松应力时及道钉锚固前在原预留孔位置周边混凝土产生的拉应力,以消除出现微裂纹的风险,另外在尺寸精度提高的同时,道钉周围绝缘材料厚度一致,在轨枕的养护过程中,CBC又经过二次养护,内部更加致密,使其绝缘性能得到进一步提升。研究结果证明,绝缘道钉生产过程中预埋生产工艺可行,使轨枕的批量化生产得以实现,采用该成果不仅可解决现场锚固的环境污染问题,还可降低生产成本和提高锚固精度。 To tackle the problem of micro-cracking in the reserved holes of rail fastening type sleepers before anchoring,boost the sleepersdurability,and make the most of CBC anchoring mortars benefits such as quick solidification at room temperature and excellent insulation performance,a set of automatic insulated spike production equipment was developed.The equipment can quickly and in large numbers create a uniform layer of insulating mortar at the end of the helical spike during the anchoring process.Then,the spike can be directly embedded in the concrete when manufacturing the sleepers.On one hand,it gets rid of the risk of micro-cracking in the concrete around the reserved hole position during production and the stress relaxation before anchoring.On the other hand,it enhances the dimensional accuracy while keeping the thickness of the insulating material around the spike consistent.During the sleeperscuring process,CBC undergoes secondary curing and speeds up the reaction among its internal components,making it denser and further improving its insulation performance.The research findings show that,the production process of pre-embedding insulated spikes during manufacturing is viable.The successful development of insulated spike prefabrication equipment and molds allows for the large-scale production of sleepers.The research result solves the environmental pollution problem caused by on-site anchoring,cuts production costs,improves anchoring accuracy,and enhances the products durability and quality.
