摘要
以含活泼氢的多元醇为主剂、含-NCO基团的聚氨酯预聚体为固化剂、短纤维为增韧剂、二邻氯二苯胺甲烷(MOCA)为扩链剂以及碳酸钙为填料等,制备出一种可批量生产的高压缩强度和高弯折强度的环保型高速铁路用双组分道碴胶。通过单因素试验法确定了道碴胶的较佳配方范围。结果表明:当n(主剂)∶n(固化剂)=1∶1.1、w(扩链剂)>5%、w(碳酸钙)=8.0%以及w(短纤维)>0.5%时,道碴胶的力学性能相对较好;该道碴胶已成功应用于高速铁路道碴胶接的实际工程中。
With polyol containing liveliness hydrogenous as main agent,polyurethane prepolymer containing-NCO group as curing agent,short fibre as toughener,MOCA as chain extender and calcium carbonate as filler,so an environment friendly bicomponent ballast adhesive with batch production and some advantages such as higher compressive strength and higher flexural strength was prepared for high-speed railway.The optimal range of ballast adhesive formula was determined by single factor experiment method.The results showed that the ballast adhesive had relatively better mechanics properties when molar ratio of n(main agent)∶n(curing agent) was 1∶1.1,mass fractions of chain extender,calcium carbonate and short fibre were above 5%,8.0% and above 0.5%.The ballast adhesive was successfully used for glued joint of ballast materials in practice engineering of high-speed railway.
