纳洛酮对抗大鼠电针镇痛的研究 被引量:1

摘要 自从发现内源性鸦片样物质(OLS)以来,不少作者联系针刺镇痛原理进行了研究,发现应用特异性的鸦片对抗剂纳洛酮阻断OLS的作用,可减弱针刺镇痛效应。这在人、猴、猫、兔、小鼠等动物都得到了证明。 The antagonistic effect of naloxone on electro-acupuncture analgesia has been demons-trated in men as well as in animals with the exception of rats.The present work shows that the analgesic effect of acupuncture could be blocked by the administration of naloxone alone.However,it could be easily blocked by the intraventricular injection of naloxone in rats injected beforehand with PCPA to lower the cerebral 5-HT content,implying that 5-HT and endorphins in rat brain might be the two main neurochemical substrates involved in acupunc-ture analgesia.
